METHODOLOGY

To implement your solution, our experts have selected two recognised methodologies: AGILE and SURE STEP.

The AGILE methodology allows us to proceed in a phased and pragmatic manner, meaning that the project can start straight away with a series of reasonable short term goals for each phase. Once these goals have been reached, others are set, and so on until the project is completely finalised.

The SURE STEP methodology, recommended by Microsoft, is based on industry best practices and includes 6 phases to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM: diagnostic, analysis, design, development, deployment and operation.

The main advantage of this methodology is that it provides a structured approach and allows for optimal budgetary follow up of the project.
